As an alternative to a Secret Santa gift exchange, staff from Hematology Research at NSHA collected and stuffed Christmas Socks this December for Souls Harbour Rescue Mission of Halifax. Staff filled the socks with personal items, socks, gloves, candy and small children’s toys at a Christmas Cheer lunch and the filled socks were then dropped off at the Souls Mission. Research Services staff also sent a cash donation to Feed Nova Scotia.
